Dining in Plain Sight is a seasonal  nomadic food experience hosting outdoor dining events, taking place in remarkable locations all over the country, serving hyper-seasonal, restaurant-style canapes and a three course menu cooked over fire. Our resident chef, the James Beard award winning author and chef James Whetlor will elevate  the art of dining into a celebration of food and nature. Dine in our bespoke clear glass marquee designed to immerse you into the very fabric of an unforgettable experience and unique location.

Reimaging pop-up events and dining outside in nature, Dining in Plain Sight is committed to sustainability and upholding their environmental and green credentials with all power either coming from solar power or bio fuel and our marquee is built using reusable materials.  Guests are invited to bring their napkins to reserve their place to reduce laundry and water impact while each dinner is lit beautifully by candlelight.

No sooner than we have popped up we disappear until the next season, leaving no trace other than memories.
